A trip to The Boutique Baking Company

A couple of weeks ago I headed over to Birmingham for the opening day of The Boutique Baking Company and I just wasn't prepared for how beautiful it was! I'd been dying to meet the ladies of AVA Event Styling, so when Vickie invited me to come along I was pretty excited!

I got there pretty late in the day and all the cake had already been sold! From what I heard, it was a hugely successful day, and everyone who walked in exclaimed at how beautiful everything was! It really was a feast for the eyes, not to mention the tastebuds! The lovely AVA ladies got together to create a breathtaking display, I was very glad I brought my camera

I took a few pictures (I really couldn't resist) so you can see for yourself what a treasure trove it really is! It was so good to see people come in and realise that The Boutique Baking Company was exactly what they were looking for!

Thank you so much for such a warm welcome, I really can't wait to photograph weddings where you three are involved!

Richmond Engagement Shoot: Hannah and Ben

We drove down to Richmond to meet Hannah and Ben on Monday. The rain was pelting down on the windscreen and my optimism for dry weather faded as we neared London. We turned up at Ham House and the skies were clearing - after a cream tea we were good to go! That afternoon turned out to be beautiful, and Hannah and Ben were so easy to photograph! 

I simply can't wait for Hannah and Ben's wedding next month! Thanks so much for having me, you two. I had a blast!

Coombe Abbey Engagement Portraits: John and Becky

John and Becky got in touch a little while ago about shooting an engagement session at Coombe Abbey. It's one of my favourite places and I had such a great time with these two. They're so clearly in love and so much fun! The rain held off and we had plenty of adventures!

I really love this time of year. The new colours alone make it a joy to be shooting! Here's just a few of my favourites...
